A new President and a new Office for Seagull America Inc
Captain Lance Savaria has joined Seagull America Inc. as President and many of you may already know him for his active participation in many maritime organizations, including the U.S. Chamber of Shipping and the American Waterways Operators.
Under Lance's direction, Seagull will be enhancing its selection of CBT training titles to include training that is specifically developed to meet the training standards of the Responsible Carrier Program, the ISM Code, and the coming "uninspected - inspected Vessel Regulations - Subchapter M".
